Good morning,
I started off today by eating two choc. chip cookies.  Not a great start!  Soooo... Starting over!
Breakfast - 2 choc. cookies
Snack - eggs
Lunch - ricotta bake w/meatball
Dinner - bbq ribs w/grilled veggies
Snack - fage
Hope your day started off better than mine!

My day started good but crashed and burned during the PACKER game.  I had a second glass of wine and a pumpkin muffin during the game followed by a cup of sf cocoa.  I guess it could have been worse but that was an extra 400 calories bring my total up to 2000 calories again.  The Pack did win again.  My family has always been huge Packer fans even during the "lean" years, but the parties wreck my dieting efforts.  I did get to my health club and upped my minimal workout a little.  I will have to get BOTT on Monday.  Just me
