Busy day today, off to meet some friends for lunch.  I'll be hitting the gym later this afternoon.
Breakfast - l.c. toast w/ricotta
Snack - banana
Lunch - soup/salad
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.c. caramel

Hi Deb and everyone- yesterday I was a little under my calories and today I am hungry. I am almost at 1200 calories and it isn't even 2 pm yet. I had a Fiber plus antioxidents bar and 1 oz (I weighed it so that was good) of tostitos and 1 oz of reduced fat cheese for a snack this afternoon. That is as close to junk food as I have in the house. I probably would have eaten a bag of cookies or potato chips if I had them in the pantry. One of those days! I will make pollock for supper tonight that should help. My husband and I had a glass of wine followed by ff popcorn, a couple of banana chips and sf cocoa. My total calories for the day were 2087. I am an eating machine today. Just me

Also-what is a ricotta stuffed meatball and turkey cheese rolls?
