Good morning!
I almost forgot to check-in today, getting ready to run out the door.  I'm going to yoga for my 1-1/2 hours of pure sweat!  My food plan:
Breakfast - l.c. toast
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - pork chop w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Hi! I've been away this past week and with limited internet access and also had a less than perfect week. That being said, I'm dusting myself off and starting this week with fresh perspective and the goal to put myself first and take care of me, myself, and I :)

Here's today's plan:

B - Protein shake
S - No sugar added pudding, pumpkin soup
L - Protein shake
S - pumpkin soup
D - Lean cusine, grapes
S - Lite popcorn

Cals - Around 1200

Exercise - 30 mins elliptical

Today I logged my food on the OH healthtracker.  I ate 1581 calories.  It is my 8th day BOT.  Just me
