Saturday Cafe/Cardio
It looks like nobody started a "Cafe" today. I don't want to take off on weekends because they are the hardest for me. As planned I prepped all day. I can't find "cooking" as exercise but believe me it is. I logged my food on the OH healthtracker and I ate 1626 calories. For a weekend that is fine. I did lose another pound today so I am down 3 pounds in 4 days. I am sure most is water weight but maybe this last pound was real. Have a great Halloween weekend everyone. Just me
