Good morning!
I finally got my head out of my butt!  No health club for me today, but will be doing my yoga dvd at home. My food for today:
Breakfast - cheese omelette
Snack - 1/2 apple w/dip
Lunch - turkey and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/cream cheese
Dinner - pot roast w/roasted veggies
Snack - fage

Hi Deb - I guess it is just the 2 of us today.  It is my 3rd day BOT.  I posted my food on the health tracker.  I had 1568 calories.  No health club for me on Thursday or Sunday.  I had a lot of hunger today...maybe I am losing.  Glad you're feeling better.  Just me
