Tuesday Cafe and Cardio

Hi!
I'm having a "dark day", so I'm posting this in hopes that I stay on track.
My food plan for today:
Breakfast - eggs and l.c. toast
Snack - fage
Lunch - chicken strip
Snack - cream soup
Dinner - meatballs w/salad
Snack - fage
Hopefully, this day will pass fast.

I'm late to the party, but Deb, I hope you are having a better day on Wednesday and that Tuesday was bearable.

Smart dogs
Coffee/hh/splenda
Protein soup or cocoa
Water
Smart tenders
Celery
Veggie or fruit
Whey crisps
Skinny water
Protein shake
Water
Calcium
Dark chocolate
SF candies
Water

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: good, Exercise: walking

I am new here.  I am 4 years post RNY and have 44 lbs. to lose.  I ate 1500 calories and worked out at my healthclub.  I posted my food on the health tracker.  I hope you are having a better day on Wed.
