Happy Monday!
I had a rough weekend, so happy that it's behind me.  I'll be working out later this morning.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Snack - 1/2 apple w/dip
Lunch - turkey and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/pb2
Dinner - chicken w/squash
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

My weekend wasn't bad - just too short as usual. 

Here's my plan:

Protein Coffee
 
Smart dogs
Water
Chicken
 
 
 
Tuna salad
Smart carb bread
 
Sf jello

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: progressing nicely per usual, Exercise: walking

 Hi all! I too had a rough weekend and Monday actually. I let stress eating and not being prepared get to me but I logged everything and was honest with myself about it. I'm not  seeing it as a setback or even a transgression, just as a part of life in which I will simply return to the habits I know work towards my ultimate goal, so back on track for Tues!
