Good morning!
I can't believe it's Friday already, this was a fast week for me!  I'll be hitting the gym later this morning.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Snack - fage
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - chili
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
