 Hi all!!

I hope it's ok that I started today's post, but I really wanted to stay accountable and spell out my eating plan to get me on track right from the a.m., here's today's plan...

B. Chocolate PB protein shake
S. Almonds and string cheese
L. Pita pocket with tuna and cheese, grapes
S. Pumpkin soup and lemon ginger pudding
D. Lean cusine w/grapes
S. Kettle corn, light hot chocolate

Cals: 1500
Protein: 113

Exercise: 30 mins on the elliptical

Hi Steph!
I'm glad you started today's post, I just came over and thought...I didn't post anything today!  I've had 2 dr. appts. today and then have been running looking for a dollhouse for my GD's birthday.  When did dollhouses get so extreme!  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - 1 slice of l.c. toast
Snack - fage
Lunch - cheese quesadillia
Snack - 2 sugar free cookies
Dinner - meatballs w/salad
Snack - fage

 Sounds like a great plan, Deb. Best of luck putting that dollhouse together. I got one for my niece for Christmas last year and she didn't get to play with it until the summer lol

 B- veggie omelet on arnold thin
L- chicken taquito (my husband needs to grocery shop)
D- 1/3 turkey sandwich with tomato, cucumber, and avocado
S- 5 crackers before bed (with my medicine)

I haven't been able to tolerate any protein drinks with milk or water this pregnancy. I am trying to get one a day in, but it hasn't worked well.
