Good morning!
Happy Wednesday to all!  I'll be hitting the gym later this afternoon.  I'll be do 30 min. elliptical, 30 min. treadmill and 30 on recumb bike.  I'm loving the challenge of building up my cardio.  My food plan:
Breakfast - mini frittata
Snack - turkey and cheese roll
Lunch - 1/2 cheese quesadilia
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - chicken Parmesan w/salad
Snack - l.c. pumpkin dessert

 Hi ladies!

Yesterday went well - not exactly as planned but I was able to make some adjustments and not allow myself to think the day was ruined by an unplanned snack. I realized that working within a range 1200-1500 calories rather than thinking of limits, 1200 or 1500 is useful for me, especially on days that I exercise and need a few more calories to get through. 

Today, so far so good...

B - Chocolate peanut butter protein shake
S - Pumpkin soup
L - Turkey on pita with grapes
S - Small Wendy's chilli with two crackers
D - Lean Cuisine with grapes
S - Kettle corn and hot chocolate

Cals: 1500
Protein: 87

Exercise goal: 30 mins elliptical
