Back On Track Together
Feeling like a fat failure basically.
We can do it, Deb! I know exactly how you feel. I've done well with the help and support on OH and particularly the BOTTers here.
For the last 5 days I've gone back to basics...logging everything, taking my vitamins, drinking more water, moving more, and stopping with all of the grazing and snacking and instead preparing meals and taking the time to eat them slowly. It's really worked. I feel full again and don't have all of those crappy cravings. I also feel more in control of my head hunger and feel very optmistic about reaching goal by the 3 year surgiversary.
Best of luck, look forward to hearing about your progress.
Steph

Hello Stephanie,
You can do it and it can be done. Be grateful you have only gained by about 20 to 30 pounds. I gained about 80 and so far since March I have re-lost 33 of those pounds. It has been hard work and not as easy as I imagine initially. It has taken a lot of patience with myself, relapses, and perseverance.
I log my calories and exercise on myfitnesspal.com and so far with the support form here and that site I am getting it back together.
Stop the negative thinking and guilt trip right now. It is not helpful. Now that you have decided to get back on track let go of the anger at yourself.
Once you do that you are on your way. Learn from the past and move forward. We are here for you!!

Thanks so much for your support, Molly. I have to tell you that you are an inspiration. Reading about your journey on your profile, including your triumphs and the bumps along the way has been really helpful to me. Your commitment to getting back on track and honesty about the process tells me you'll be a great success and reach your ultimate goals.
Thanks again for the encouragement.
Steph
