Vitamins: yes, Fluids: underway, Exercise: walking

I did get a nice little bike ride in yesterday as the weather was absolutely gorgeous.  Hope you all had a good weekend.  Grin

Good Morning Indykitty and Botters!
Happy Monday!  I'm glad that this weekend is over. I did a lot baking this weekend and too much eating!  It's a new day.  I plan on hitting the gym later this afternoon with 1/2 hour of elliptical and 1/2 on recumb bike.  My food for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Snack - 1/2 apple with dip
Lunch -1/2 ham and cheese sand. on l.c. bread
Snack - veggies
Dinner - stuffed chicken w/roasted broccoli
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

I DID NOT DO SO WELL THIS WEEKEND....BUT DEB IS RIGHT IT'S ANOTHER DAY I HAVE TO PICK MY SELF UP AND KEEP ON TRYING....

Hello all,

Not such a great weekend for me - had a sugar attack last night, but BOT today.

Cafe:
em - sf latte
B - scrambled egg
s - 1/2 banana
L - Curry Chicken w/lentels and small whole wheat pita
s - Rye cracker w/PB and grapes
D - not sure
s - popcorn

Cardio - At least a 30 min walk outside maybe strength training at the gym.
