Happy Saturday!
I'm hoping to stay strong today.  I'll be doing a lot of baking, I have bananas and apples that need to be tended to today.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - eggs and bacon
Snack - apple slices w/dip
Lunch - grilled cheese on l.c. bread
Snack - slice of something I baked
Dinner - eggplant parm. w/meatballs
Snack - ?
