Started my day off wrong today.  Hopefully the rest will be a much better selection.

Cardio:  Hope to hit the gym today if we don't get flooded out

Food:
EM - Protein Shake / Decaf Coffee
B-     Spinach & PepperJack Cheese Omelet 
         Roasted Red Potato w onions & green peppers
S -    Dannon Peach Yogurt
L -    Mediterrain Salad
S -    Protein Shake
D -    Split Pea w/ Ham  3 wheat crackers
S -    Protein Shake

Here's my plan:

Cofffee/hh/splenda
Skinny water
Julian bakery smart carb toasted with SF Blackberry jam with added fiber
Skinny water
Water
Whey crisps
 
Hot dog at King David's Dogs, minus most of the bread
 
Powerade zero
Eggs/morning start bacon like substance

So far so good.  Got my vitamins in, a walk, going to have another, and my fluids are going down easy!  Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Dreamgirl and BOTTers!
It's been a busy day so far! I'll be doing my yoga later this afternoon.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - fage
Lunch - l.c. cheese quesadillia w/fage
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - veggie eggroll and beef
Snack - fage

Hello!

Today is day 9 without sugar!! Yesterday was the hardest day so far - there was cake at work; which isn't my fav, but I was smelling it all day long!! It was driving me crazy. I kept thinking, "maybe just one bite", but experience tells me it's never just one bite (at least not for long.)

Today:
Cardio - I'll have a nice long workout at the gym tonight doing both cardio and strength. I'm trying to bump my cardio from the normal 30 - 40 min up to 60, but I've been struggling. Not only do I get tired I also just don't have time.

Cafe -
em - coffee
B - srambled egg
s - grapes and apple slices
L - turkey on 1/2 slice whole wheat bread
s - string cheese or cottage cheese
D - boca chicken patty and roasted tomatoes (yummy!)
s - ryvita cracker with PB
