Good morning!
I had a great day yesterday!  It felt so good being able to get a good workout!  Yoga classes have really been helpful with my back.  I'll be working out later this morning.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/cream cheese
Dinner - hamburger patty w/salad
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Hello All,

Today is day 8 without sugar!!!

Cafe -
em - coffee
B - scrambled egg
S - 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter
L - 1 slice pizza w/whole wheat crust
S - veggies & hummus
D - TBD
S - apple with peanut butter or all fruit

Cardio -
Treadmill tonight - week 2 of Couch to 5K program
