Tuesday Cardio - Cafe

Good morning!
I had a great day yesterday, it feels so good getting back to the gym!  I have a yoga class this morning and then will be back to the gym for 45 min. of cardio.  My food for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Snack - ham and cheese roll
Lunch - low carb cheese quesadillia
Snack - apple slices
Dinner - pot roast w/roasted veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

b- cheese omelet w/ salsa and turkey sausage
l- chicken spaghetti squash, sauteed zucchini w/mushrooms
d- chicken & sausage, field peas, green beans

 Thank you. I've been feeling blah the last few days. I think 16 weeks of bedrest is getting to me.

I can truly sympathize with you.  I was pregnant with my 3rd and I was flat on my back from the 10th wee****il time of delivery.  It's been 25 years and I can remember it like yesterday!   Hang in there, the reward is priceless!
