Today is a new day!

My DH and I started Atkins today.  I have gained a few pounds and am finding myself sneaking candy and chips.  So good bye carbs hello protein.  Goal is to eat good, take my vitamins, drink my water and exercise.  Oh what a week I have planned.

I wish you the best, Raynetta.  I admire your effort and work to get on track and get those few pounds back off.  Catch them before they add up and get rid of them.

I have been struggling myself and each day I start over but so far I haven't made it through one full day with no "goofs".  I'm sticking it with it and hoping that one day it will all click together for me.

Keep posting and inspiring the rest of us with your positive choices!!
