Monday Cafe and Cardio

Good morning BOTTers!
It was a long busy weekend.  I'm so happy that it's over.  I'll be working out later this afternoon.  My plan is still slow and steady, 10 minutes on elliptical, 30 on treadmill.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs w/ham
Snack - strawberries
Lunch - ham and cheese on 1/2 slice l.c. bread
Snack - veggies w/cream cheese
Dinner - steak w/grilled veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

morning Deb! botters....I am kinda excited my husband has decided he wants to loose 40 lbs...soo this am i packed him a high protein lunch box... now i have someone doing it with me...if i could only get him up at 430 with me to go exercise...maybe this evening lol
plan for today

em coffee
b- chicken roll up , cheese, grapes
l- chicken breast, sauteed zucchini, mushrooms , spaghetti squash
d- tuna w/ salad, orange

Hello All,

Hurrah - 5 days without sugar!!

Cardio - 30 min walk outside (it's been unseasonably warm here lately)

Cafe -
em - coffee
B - 1/2 pita w/hummus (running late)
L -  turkey on whole wheat pita w/veggies and hummus
S - popcorn
D - probably chicken, refried beans and salsa
s - yogurt w/fruit
