What are you eating for Thanksgiving? My husband is going to have to try and cook since I will be still on bedrest? Any recipe ideas?

Last year we had turkey, salad (with green peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, mozzarella), and SF protein "cheesecake".

I will most likely be out in my friends house.  But the menu can be whatever - i will eat what is good for me.

baked turkey
ham
salad ( I always make the salad)
some cauliflower and broccoli casserole
green beans

There most likely be sweet potato, rice, potatoes and other high carb foods.  I will not eat that.  I am planning to eat as much as I can the turkey and ham, with some low carb fixings.  Most likely I will have only protein shakes that day before the dinner.
Then as a dessert I am planning to make fruit salad (berries only) and whipped cream.  They will most likely have pie and other stuff that I do not eat.    Knowing life - i will be stuffed and chose the ham my friend makes instead of dessert.  She only makes the ham for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

maybe I would indulge in baked apple once I am home.?  most likely I will bring home some 'take out" from them and ham and turkey will be on my menu for the next 2 days.

I may also make some pumpkin -protein muffins, and enjoy that during the weekend.

Pumpkin protein muffins? Oh I would love the recipe.
I think we are having turkey, potatoes ( I may have a bite or two), tomato salad I referred to above, and I don't know dessert wise.
