Friday Cafe/Cardio
Happy Friday!
Well, some how I missed posting yesterday. What a lost day of dr. appts., running errands and trying to keep up with everything. Hopefully, today will be better. I'll be taking my GD to her gymnastics class so that will be a part of my workout, she's 3 yrs. old, lots of running for grandma! My food plan:
Breakfast - mini frittata, low carb toast
Snack - strawberries
Lunch - ham and cheese roll w/side salad
Snack - veggies w/TJ's low carb peanut butter
Dinner - chicken w/eggplant patty
Snack - fage w/splenda

Hey Deb! Happy Friday to you, too!
I overdid it last night - made some FF black bean, salsa, cheese, and Greek yogurt to dip with Trader Joe's Soy flax chips and it went down so easy I just kept eating it. Good thing my hubbie was there to share!
Today's plan is:
Vitamins: yes, Fluids: working it, Exercise: walking

Cardio - Tonight I'll do 30-45 min of strength and 30-40 min treadmill intervals
Cafe - 49 1/2 hours without sugar!! That makes me so happy!
EM - coffee
B - 1 boiled egg, plain greek yogurt with fruit
L - whole wheat pita with chicken, veggies and hummus
s - string cheese
D - turkey chili
s - apple with natural (no sweetener) PB

I have to keep some carbs up since I'm pregnant. I'm so jealous about the strawberries. I have been craving them for awhile and they either have fruit flies or look bad ( at least that's what my hubby says, I can't leave bed until I deliver.) I am going to try and remember to post though.
