Thursday Cardio and Cafe
Happy Thursday!
Cardio - I did 40 min of intervals on the treadmill this morning.
Cafe - 24 1/2 hours without sugar!!!! (my Thanksgiving goal)
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/2 mini whole wheat bagel with cream cheese
snack - popcorn
Lunch: small whole wheat pita with chicken, raw veggies and hummus
snack - cottage cheese or plain yogurt with fruit
Dinner: TBD
snack (if hungry) - apple w/natural (no sugar) peanut butter
