Happy Wednesday!
It's going to be a beautiful day!  My back and hip are quite sore today, so I'll be doing some lite walking and yoga today.  My food plan:
Breakfast - mini frittatas w/low carb toast
Snack - fage
Wednesday - ham and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/cream cheese
Dinner - italian beef w/onions and roasted peppers (minus bun)
Snack - fage w/apple slices

hey Deb...good morning ...
again last night I did not do so good...my "friend " will be here next week and I am not sure if that is making me want to snack at night ...i eat healthy meals...just at night i snack on something i should not...stress stress...stress....anyway here is my  plan today...

em coffee
b- 2 chicken / cheese rollups, grape tomatoes, kiwi
l- tuna fish packet (herb & garlic) laughing cow light cheese, celery, italian bean salad (home made)
s- coffee
d- baked chicken breast, italian bean salad, spaghetti squash
s- will try...greek yogurt. (instead of sugary snacks)

Water
Tea
Smart dogs
carrots
cucumbers
Water
 
Fish or chicken
Green beans

It's TOM, so I may have a little dark chocolate tonight and some SF Jello
