DID NOT DO SO WELL LAST NIGHT I AM AFRAID I SNACKED ON JORDAN ALMONDS...GOT TO GET THEM OUT THE HOUSE..BABY STILL NOT FEELING WELL UP ALOT LAST NIGHT..NO CARDIO THIS AM.....BUT I JUMPED BACK ON THE WAGON TODAY .
HERE IS THE PLAN TODAY...MAYBE I WILL GET MY BUTT OUTTA THE BED IN THE MORNING (430AM) IS JUST SOO EARLY..LOL

EM COFFEE
B- PROTEIN SHAKE W/ SOY MILK
L- LAUGHING COW CHEESE WEDGE W/ STALK OF CELERY, HERB & GARLIC TUNA POUCH, 4 CHERRY TOMATO'S, 10 GRAPES, SIDE SALAD W/LIGHT RANCH DRESSING
D- SPAGHETTI SQUASH, BAKED PORK CHOP, SIDE SALAD, VINEGAR & OIL DRESSING

Hi Cajunbuderfly!
I hope that your little one feels better soon, it's so hard when they aren't feeling well.  Good for you on getting those almonds out of the house!  Those things can be so addicting!  I've not stopped running since 5:00 this morning!  I dropped my DH off at the train and hit the gym by 5:30, figuring that it would be empty.  I was sooo wrong, the place was packed!  I did a quick workout and was grocery shopping by 6:30.  I made it to yoga at 9:00 for and hour and a half.  Crazy day!  My food for today:
Breakfast - mini frittata wit l/2 slice low carb bread
Lunch - corned beef minus bread
Snack - skinny water
Dinner - pork chop w/baked eggplant patty
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
