Hi Cajunbuderfly and BOTTers!
Off to a late start, DH is home and totally throws everything off schedule.  My food for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal
Lunch - spaghetti squash lasagna
Snack - veggies w/TJ's low carb peanutbutter
Dinner - chicken breast w/baked eggplant patty
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Good afternoon!  Here's my partial day:

Protein coffee
Coffee/hh/splenda
Water
Gelatein
Skinny water
Carrots
Cheesy turkey and miracle noodles
SF pudding
Skinny water
Water
Probably going to have leftover tuna salad or roast beef or maybe a tofurky sausage for dinner as my protein and green beans for the veggie.

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: yes, Exercise: walking
