New challenge. Thanksgiving.
I know I want to lose 5 lbs. Do not need to, but I want to.  Yea, crazy head.
I hate when the scale shows more than 150 lbs.  And it does for me now. So I need to get a grip on myself and my not-eating lately, and lack of exercise (too tired) and not so good with all my supplements.

My Thanksgiving goals:

1.Make sure I take ALL supplements (not only the minimum)
2. Eat good - real meals at least 2 x day
3. Lose 5 lbs
4. Drink enough water.
5. Get my house in order.
6. Start socializing more (attend at least one meeting a week)
7. Get back into exercises (3-6 x a week)
8. Read at least one fiction book a month.
9. Try to be happy... (LOL)

Goals for October/November* are:

1. Eliminating more carbs, eating more protein, and more clean eating and less processed foods.

2.
360+ minutes of exercise each week.

3. Lose 23 lbs by December 1st.-- SW361/GW338 - CW 355 - 17 pounds to go!

4. Continue to work on night time grazing and weekend grazing.

5.  Getting more sleep in each night by going to bed at least an hour earlier most week nights.

I know the weight loss goals are challenging and aggressive but I feel I am ready to step up my pace and this is finally coming together for me mentally, physically and spiritually.  I am finally making some strides and I believe I can do it!
Everyone have a good month!!!   *I do not celebrate any holidays.

I'm in!

My Thanksgiving goal:
1. Cut out sugar (candy, deserts, white foods)

It's time.  Sugar is holding me back.  It served a purpose at one time in my life, but now I'm going to let it go.

My goals:

1)  Drink 8 8 oz water daily
2)  Record ALL eating in a food diary
3)  Work on home projects 30 min daily
4)  Try a journal for venting feelings
5)  Love myself by eating with meaning

I have a lot of weight to re-lose. I can't concentrate on the scale, or losing a certain amount of weight within a certain period of time. I can choose how I want to live, and I have to work towards making wiser choices.

Thanks so much for posting this challenge. I need the accountability after regaining 20 pounds 2 years post RNY due to grazing, mindless eating, loading up on carbs, not being accountable, making excuses (stress, parties, socializing, etc), and self-sabotage (start tomorrow, Monday, the first of the month). I've been on the wrong path for at least a year and need to get back to basics.

I have one goal:

- Track EVERYTHING for the next week. Every morsel, every bite, every crumb. Be accountable and figure out where you might need to make adjustments.

What I am going to try my best to do:
- Lots of H20
- Exercise every day in some way

Today I weight 209 pounds. I hope to update next week at 207. Wish me luck and best wishes!

-Stephanie
