Friday Cafe/Cardio

Happy Friday!
I'll be heading out early to an "Apple Fest".  Lots of small antique stores and lots of walking.  I'll be doing my yoga this afternoon.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - mini egg
Snack - click
Lunch - some type of salad w/chicken
Snack - probably a bite or two of apple dish
Dinner - orange chicken w/brown rice
Snack - fage

good morning friends...here  is my plan today

em - coffee
b- strawberries, ham roll ups, pepper jack cheese
l- home made vegetable beef soup, sf pudding
d-  cod fish, salad, Asian medley veggies.
s- caramel Greek yogurt.

you guys have a great day...

On the cardio end- i started walking again...i wish i could join the gym...soo much more i need to be doing..i forgot how good it feels to move.... I can't wait to be back at  my regular job 8-430 this 6a-6p crap is horrible...lol when  I do get to go back I hope to exercise 6 days a week even if it is just walking...
