Thursday Cafe/Cardio

Good morning!
Today's a new day for me.  I vow here and now, that I will not put a piece of "crap" or eat anything not on my daily plan!  I'll be doing yoga for my exercise today.  My food plan for today:
Breadfast - scrambled eggs w/low carb bread slice
Snack - click
Lunch - chili w/cheese and drop of fage
Snack - celery w/cream cheese
Dinner - meatloaf w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Carbmaster yogurt
 
 
 
Chicken/cucumbers
