I just need a place to put my plan in writing so I feel accountable.

Breakfast- eggs scrambled with salsa

Gym

Lunch- toasted sandwich 1 slice of bread with cheese and deli meat

Clean the closet and pack up summer clothes

Snack- Pear

Sew and Blog

Dinner- Fajita Salad

Snack- Cheese Crisps

Tea before bed

I will get in all my water and go to the gym for 1 mile on the treadmill tomorrow.

That is my plan. Wish me success!

Mechelle Marie, it looks good, but are you sure you getting enough proteins?
Also - I do much better when I have 6-7 small meals during the day and not only 3 meals.

 I just started tracking my intake on my iphone using net diary. I will look at the protein. How much should I be having?

I usually try to get 100-120 a day minimum. But my protein blood test is always low normal.
I would say - minimum 80 gr per day.  IMO

Hi, I agree about the protein. I use an app called Lose It on my Touch. I've never seen the Diary one you mentioned, but this keeps track of carbs, fats, sodium and protein excellently. It has a huge data base of foods and pretty many exercises and it's easy to put your own in. It tracks very well also and does a bunch of other stuff.

Being accountable is a great thing. I want to be also. My problem is that when I blow it, I just run away and don't face it. Let's promise to not do that.
