Breakfast after work out was more like lunch
Scrambled eggs with chicken and salsa
Snack Almond butter... fresh ground and eaten off my finger out of the container, lol
Dinner Copy Cat el pollo loco chicken grilled with no skin and zesty pinto beans with cheese
Snack- apple with cheese
18 oz of water down so far today.
I took the day off and was at the gym bright and early this morning. Started my points program for Weigh****chers today here is my meal plan.

B - 2 slices of Turkey Bacon w/ Oatmeal
S - Chocolate Protein Shake
L - Wendy's Chili w/ side salad
D - Grilled Chicken Leg w/ Green Beans
S - Chocolate Protein Shake
