Back On Track Together

Got on the scale and set a christmas goal.
went to the gym, caught 20 min of pilates which is now being offered twice a week.. My favorite! so happy.
Did a mile on the treadmill....
then an hour of yoga.
I came home and ate my lunch and a snack.. I was hungry!
Dinner is zesty homemade pinto beans with cheese and grilled chicken marinated in orange, lime, lemon juice with cumin and salt. Yum!
