Back On Track Together
Weigh****chers...
It's the middle of the week and time is flying by so quickly. I didn' get a chance to post yesterday with all that was going on in the office and my computer wanted to give me grief at home. Well, I kicked out the kinks and here I am.
Confession time. Well, after seeing the beautiful and slimmed down version of Jennifer Hudson on TV who went from a size 16 down to a size 4...I broke down and joined Weigh****chers. After having my surgery that is a direction I never thought I would enter into again. We always here that the surgery altered our stomachs, but not our brain which is true.
I love JUNK! There is no other way to say it, put it or describe it and I know from time to time we all breakdown and eat the things we shouldn't. In my case if I don't learn how to handle the occasional slice of pizza, hoagie, or chips I see myself going back to where I was...270lbs.
Going from nightwork to daywork has really been a challenge for me and something I don't think I'm handling too well. When I am on program or on track and eat the wrong thing...my "Pooh Pouch" lets me know. I want to learn or try to learn how to incorporate "normal" eating back into my life style and not be a yo-yo for the rest of my life.
Will going back to Weigh****chers help me...I'll just have to wait and see. More to come.
Hope everyone has an enjoyable day.

I have so much understanding of this. I moved to Alaska and started gaining weight all closed in during the Winter then not wanting to be active because of the weight in the summer. I am also scared of going back to where I was. I am BOTT ing to stop this and meal planning is the best tool. WW is great for that! Good luck
