Tuesday Cafe and Cardio

Good morning!
I'm doing a fast post today.  I'll be working out later this morning.  My food for today:
Breakfast - Frittata bites
Snack - veggies w/hummus
Lunch - chicken roll
Snack - watermelon
Dinner - steak w/veggies
Snack - fage w/splenda brown sugar

So far, so good for me...

Here's my day:

Coffee/almond milk/sweetener
Protein cocoa
Coffee/hh/splenda
Laughing cow light Swiss1 wedge
Skinny water
Water
Salad w/Turkey/ham/cheese/spinach, tomato, mushroom, brocolli, and a few sunflower seeds - FF Ranch and Lowcal Italian dressing
Cucumber
Water
Ostrim
 
Tuna salad/brancrisps

Not sure about snack...
 Vitamins: In, Fluids: check, Exercise: Walking

 So far so good.

Coffee and Whole Wheat Toast for breakfast

Roast Beef with Havarti Cheese and Asparagus roll ups for lunch (heart burn)

Apple and fresh ground peanut butter for snack later

Sesame Ginger Chicken and grilled veggies for dinner

The other half of the apple and peanut butter for snack.

Thats the plan... I hope I stick to it
