Good Morning BOTT Family,
Feeling much better today, taste buds are still but at least I'm not coughing my head off and my chest doesn't feel like an elephant is standing on it.
Playing it by ear today food wise. I did make a pot of Kay's 5DPT Ham & Split Pea Soup, which I really been enjoying. Taste much better than anything I can buy in the store.
Hope everyone has a good day with family and friends in whatever you have planned.

Happy to hear that you're feeling better! Since starting the 5 DPT last week, I've been doing very well with my eating. I'm looking forward to going back to the gym tomorrow and I start yoga classes in two weeks! My food plan for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Snack - almonds w/string cheese
Lunch - low carb cheese quesadillia
Snack - 1/2 HC apple w/pb2
Dinner - ricotta bake w/meatballs
Snack - fage
