Do you treat yourself well? not really
Do you eat right? - not really, but I am changing that today
Do you eat enough? - no I did not, but today is the day I will
Do you drink enough good quality liquid (and coffee is not it lol)? : - not really, but I am changing that today
Do you take you vits? - not really, but I am changing that today
Do you get enough sleep?- not really, but I am changing that today
Do you move your body?- not really, but I am changing that today
Do you take time for YOU? - not really, but I am changing that today
See - I posted the questions because I noticed that i have not been taking care of me and my body lately. Sure, I eat, and mostly good foods, but last few weeks it was more of grazing all day, skipping meals, and just snacking on food. I probably did not eat enough. Vitamins - well, I take some - bare minimum, but not enough to make me feel good. Water? yea, i drink - but I am back to drinking more coffee that my body need. Coffee make me tired. I drink the coffee then i am fine for an hr, then I get tired again.... I need to cut back on that.
Today I'm so tired. I am on HRT and I think some of the hormones really relax me too much. And I do not go to bed early enough, and do not get enough of sleep - so then I have a problem to wake up.
I have not been exercising for over a week, no yoga, no nothing. Just blah... too tired.
I have not been eating enough and of course that mean that my body is retaining all it can. I am not losing weight - but it looks like I may be even gaining. So back to basics.
I am still in my goal range - but just skimming the top, with no place to move. I need to lose the 2 -3 lbs to get back to a comfortable middle of the range.
Some say - 2 lbs - is nothing - but the 2 lbs can easily turn into 5 and then 10 if I do no****ch it. And I have been fouling myself - "O, it is just the water gain, muscle gain, extra fiber i ate,... etc. " Lets face it - gain is a gain.
It probably will take me 3-4 weeks to get there. Step one: need to start eating more. I know - for some that seams like a wrong way - but - if I do not eat enough - my body will not let go of any fat. I didn't eat enough or the right foods, I have not been drinking enough water, I stop eating breakfast... and my vits? I take them, but just bare minimum. Anyway....
I need to face the reality and ... go back to basics.
Take care of my body and HER needs and she will take care of me....

Do you treat yourself well? I am, I'm trying to take one thing at a time.
Do you eat right? Yes, Yes, Yes!!!
Do you eat enough? Yep!
Do you drink enough good quality liquid (and coffee is not it lol)? I drink about 2 qts. of ice tea a day.
Do you take you vits? Really need help with this, I take so many meds at different times that I lose track of my vits.
Do you get enough sleep? I try, but wake up quite early.
Do you move your body? I've been doing more each day.
Do you take time for YOU? Yep, I shop!

Do you eat right? Yes, most of the time, but I crave sweets
Do you eat enough? Yes, probably too much
Do you drink enough good quality liquid (and coffee is not it lol)? Usually, but I've been drinking a lot of coffee lately too.
Do you take you vits? Yes, religiously
Do you get enough sleep? No - I need to really work on this
Do you move your body? Yes, but I don't have a good variety and I need to improve on that
Do you take time for YOU? Not enough - just my Facebook time and then I feel guilty
