Tuesday Cardio - Cafe
Good morning!
It's 4:00 and I'm up and ready to go, nowhere. I hate getting up so early with nothing to do. I'm on Day 4 of my pouch test and feeling pretty good. My tummy is rumbling, but I'm not feeding it this early! I'm hoping to get some serious walking in today, as long as my back agrees with it. My food for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - chicken
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - ricotta bake w/meatballs

Good Morning Deb and Everyone!
Today is starting out just wonderful! NOT. I am already more than 1 hour behind my usual schedule and just can not get going. Since I will be late anyway, I decided to just take my morning as I usually do and let the cards fall where they may.
Yesterday was busy, busy, busy. I was very successful in drinking approximately 3 qts of herbal ice tea. The fluid really helped me curb any cravings because it kept me with a full feeling all day long. So today I will work on the fluids again.
My plan for today will be a repeat of yesterday.
1. Click/Chocolate Protein/PB2/Almond milk frapp
2. Protein Pumpkin muffin
3. Bean and sausage stoup
4. Protein oatmeal cookies and jerky
5. meatballs, sauce and cottage cheese
6. Protein frapp (not sure what flavor yet)

I cannt believe it is Tuesday.. I worked a 16 hour shift on Sunday. (went in Sat. at 8pm and worked till 12 noon) I came home and went right to sleep. Got up for 2 hours and decided I would lay down for another hour. Then it was hello Monday morning. I guess that is one way of not having to worry about my food plan. I am not sure were Monday went...
Todays plan is to write everything down and drink, drink, drink, water.

Bed at 330 to get up at 9:30pm
drink water and take vitamis and do exercise tape. Get ready for work.
Breakfast- Mocha protien shake
Snack- Mocha peanutbutter bites
Lunch- Zucchini sausage bake
Snack- mocha peanutbutter bites
Dinner- Eggs
Snack- Protien shack
