Good Sunday Morning BOTT Family,

Hope everyone had a good day yesterday, as my day was filled with food, friends and a lot of walking; I didn't do too bad food wise, (No junk) but still ate things out of the ordinary like Hot Pickles (never tried before) and a Hot Pastrami Reuben...OMG was it delicious.  Could only eat less than half a sandwich, didn't touch the fries, but I know that's a good thing.  Bought the other half home, pulled the sauerkraut off and shared it with my ****er-spaniel Duchess who was so out of sorts for leaving her alone all day yesterday. 

It's raining in this neck of the woods, and that would explain the pain in my knees with morning.  That being said, my outside walk and trip to the Flea Market this morning is canceled so I'm going to do a little house cleaning and use my treadmill, steps and weights here at home for a workout .

Cardio: Light workout at home


Food Menu: Mostly liquids today...

EM -  EAS Chocolate Protein Shake w/ Decaf Coffee

Good morning Dreamgirl and BOTTers!
I'm on day 2 of liquids and really feeling good.  Yesterday was my
10 year anniversary for RNY.  It's hard to believe that it was that long ago.  I lost 130 lbs. within my first year and kept it off for 6 years and then a slow regain started.  I've regained 30 lbs since.  I'm so happy to have found BOTT, it's made me realize that I still have the ability and "works" to lose weight.  Over the past 2 years, I have been playing back and forth with 20 of the 30 lb regain.  Everyone needs to realize that nothing is "forever",  you'll need to watch what you eat for the rest of your life.  So, with that being said, I'm on day 2 of the 5 day test.  My foods for today:
Breakfast - click
Snack - choc. peanut butter protein drink
Lunch- split pea soup

Snack - lemon protein drink
Dinner - chicken cream soup
Snack - butterscotch protein drink

HAPPYHAPPYHAPPY  ANNIVERSAY Deb!  Yes, it is easy to regain! I am almost 4 years out and have regained 21lbs. and never reached my goal. 

You have been an inspiration to all of us here on the BOTT board and I know you will lose the weight that you have regained.  As you can see from my menu I have started a 5DPT modified version.  Hoping to get back on track and finally get these extra pounds off.
