Godd Morning BOTT,

The weekend is finally here.  I had hoped to start the 5DPT yesterday, and then I remembered that I'll be hangin' out with friends. I'll be going to the Flea Markets and down the shore to the Casino's and then another trip on Sunday didn't leave much room for that idea.  Don't know what options I'll be doing in the food catagory, but I'll be trying to stay as true to my eating as possible.  Plannng to carry a little snack bag on the bus.

Cardio: A lot of walking today...

Menu:

EM - Chocolate Protein Shake w/ Decaf Coffee
B -    Turkey Bacon, EggBeater on light wheat bread
S -    Sliced Apple w/ Pepper Jack Cheese Stick
L -    Hopefully some type of salad
S -    Grapes w/ Pepper Jack Cheese Stick
D -    Something light

Good Morning Dreamgirl and BOTTers!

No real plans for today as the weekends are usually in the hands of the DH.  I will be getting my hair cut today, but other than that and lots of errands, not sure.

Hope you have a GREAT day in Jersey today.  I grew up in the Poconos and remember those trips well with fond memories.

I do plan to make sure my meals are protein first and get in all my fluids.

went off plan last night, but not as bad as it could have been. I had some naco's and 2 diets. Back on track today. Drinking lots of water.


B- Cheese stick
L- Grilled chicken on lettuce
S  Cheese stick

Work out tape.  Bed at 230PM have to go in to work at 730PM till ??.
Plan for tonight
B- protien shake
S- Mocha peanut butter
D- Black bean soup
S yogurt with blueberries
D- poach eggs
water water water..

Hi Botters!
We got back from closing our cottage a short time ago.  It's always fun to have a place to go in the summer, but it's sooo hard keeping up two homes.  I've been busy trying to store the excess groceries, cleaning out the fridge, freezer, pantry and cabinets.  I started my 5 day pouch today and have done very well.  I feel so much better doing liquids, that I wish I didn't have to go back to eating regular food. Here's my liquids for today:
Breakfast - click
Lunch - cup of soup
Dinner - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
I'm looking forward to my 2nd day of liquids tomorrow!
