Good Morning All,
WOW, time is really flying. The kids are returning to school and the leaves will soon be falling from the trees. The summer is moving out and the cool weather is moving in and it's time to get "Back on rack Together."
How was your first day back at work after the holiday. Mine was a disaster, but that was yesterday and today is a new day. Didn't get to do my two 15 min walks during my break...I had a couple of long walks over the weekend and I think I over did it...maybe even pushed a little too hard. My legs more so my knees were really bothering me yesterday; the Tylenol helped but not much. I guess I will have to resolve myself to the fact that my age is catching up with me and I cannot walk-run when trying to burn calories. I'll see how I feel today since I've had time to recoup.

Cardio: Hopefully Treadmill

Yesterday flew by for me. I did nothing but put out "fires" all day. Today looks like more of the same. I was very disappointed in myself, in that I did not get any of my fluids in until late afternoon. When I got home from work I realized I had not visited the restroom since I left home that morning, more than 9 hours earlier. Not a good thing and something I will need to work on.
My eats for today:
B: Banana Protein Chai Frosty
S: Chocolate Protein Shake
L: Shrimp w/chili sauce
S: Chocolate Protein Shake
D: leftover chicken and grape salad
S: either homemade protein oatmeal cookies or another protein frosty
Well, I am running late in my morning schedule, so off I go.

I am also having a hard time getting my sh*t together! I know that I'm feeling sorry for myself with my sinus infection and having a second epidural today. I plan on starting the 5 day pouch test on Monday. We are going to close down the summer home this weekend and I won't be able to stick with the liquids. So look out Monday! My food for today:
Breakfast - kashi go lean
Snack - veggies w/peanut butter
Lunch - ham and cheese
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chili
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
