Good Morning All,

WOW, time is really flying.  The kids are returning to school and the leaves will soon be falling from the trees.  The summer is moving out and the cool weather is moving in and it's time to get "Back on rack Together."

How was your first day back at work after the holiday.  Mine was a disaster, but that was yesterday and today is a new day.  Didn't get to do my two 15 min walks during my break...I had a couple of long walks over the weekend and I think I over did it...maybe even pushed a little too hard.  My legs more so my knees were really bothering me yesterday; the Tylenol helped but not much.  I guess I will have to resolve myself to the fact that my age is catching up with me and I cannot walk-run when trying to burn calories.  I'll see how I feel today since I've had time to recoup. 

My plan for today:

Cardio:  Hopefully Treadmill

EM -  Chocolate Protein Shake
B -     Chocolate Protein Shake
S -     Chocolate Protein Shake
L -      Salmon w/ tossed salad-LF dressing
S -     Apple w/ Pepper Jack Cheese stick
D -     Crab Cake w/ steamed broccoli

Calories  890    Fat  31g   Carbs  32g   Protein  94g

Good Morning Dreamgirl and BOTTers!

Yesterday flew by for me.  I did nothing but put out "fires" all day.  Today looks like more of the same.  I was very disappointed in myself, in that I did not get any of my fluids in until late afternoon.  When I got home from work I realized I had not visited the restroom since I left home that morning, more than 9 hours earlier.  Not a good thing and something I will need to work on.

My eats for today:

B: Banana Protein Chai Frosty
S: Chocolate Protein Shake
L: Shrimp w/chili sauce
S: Chocolate Protein Shake
D: leftover chicken and grape salad
S: either homemade protein oatmeal cookies or another protein frosty

Well, I am running late in my morning schedule, so off I go.

i did awesome yesterday! made it thru my first day back on track!
i ate according to my plan and walked 50 min.

so now on to day #2

b-english muffin w/pb 
s-yogurt
l-protein shake
s-string cheese
d-grilled chx with a couple cheese and crackers
s-??

30-60 min of cardio
all my water in! yesterday i pee'd like a racehorse lol

Hi Botters!
I am also having a hard time getting my sh*t together!  I know that I'm feeling sorry for myself with my sinus infection and having a second epidural today.  I plan on starting the 5 day pouch test on Monday.  We are going to close down the summer home this weekend and I won't be able to stick with the liquids. So look out Monday!  My food for today:
Breakfast - kashi go lean
Snack - veggies w/peanut butter
Lunch - ham and cheese
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chili
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

I started out good yesterday, but got called into work early.  I have not figured out how to eat on my Sunday.  I work midnights, but on my weekends I am up during the day. On my Sundays I am  until about 6:30pm. I seem to miss my snack and sometimes my dinner. When I am called in early I always miss my dinner and 2 snacks. I short my body of calories. Not sure of the effects of this or how I can change it. I was able to do 10,000 steps at work last night. During the quiet times I kept walking the units. It's not fast but it is movement.

B-     chocolate protein smoothie
S-     mocha peanut butter bites
L-     tuna patty onion tomato
S-     mocha peanut butter bite
D-     3 poach eggs  mushrooms and cheese
S-     mocha peanut butter bites
