Good Morning Dreamgirl!
Today is my 30th wedding anniversary and we will be delaying the real celebration until the week before Thanksgiving. We will have lunch out at our favorite Mexican restaurant and ride our motorcycles. The day is beautiful here, lots of sun, but hopefully not the breath taking heat that usually follows. Other than the cooler mornings, I do not believe fall has found North Carolina yet.
PreBreakfast: coffee with creamer
Breakfast: Pam's low carb waffles and bacon (Even DH loved the waffles!)
Lunch: Mexican (not sure yet, but will make sure it is protein first)
Snack: Protein frosty
Dinner: Grilled chicken, veggies
LNS: Protein frosty
