Tuesday - Cafe and Cardio
Today is Tuesday and the start of the new week. My week will probably be like everyone else who had the Holiday off...totally messed up. Looking forward to starting today and moving forward. Didn't make it too the gym yesterday...I decided after taking my dog to the park it was to nice of a day to be inside so I took her back home (she's getting to old to make that long walk) and went back for my daily walk. I passed so many people out walking, and bike riding on the path; we all seemed to have the same idea.
My plan for today:

L - Tuna w/ tossed salad - LF Italian dressing
S - Apple w/ Pepper Jack Cheese Stick
D - Tilapia w/ Sauteed Spinach in Olive Oil
Calories 961 Fat 29g Carbs 48g Protein 102g

Like you, I do not look forward to the upcoming week. It always seems like we do double to the work to make up for the holiday off. It really does not seem like we get a holiday at all! I will look into getting involved in yoga classes.
Today my eats are planned as follows:
B- Banana Chai Protein frosty
S- chocolate protein shake
L- salad w/ imitation crab meat
S-chocolate protein shake
D- Mexican leftovers (shrimp, scallop fajita insides)
S- Chocolate/PB2 Protein frosty
I made a gallon of herbal ice tea to make sure I get in my fluids. I noticed that I had been slack on getting in my fluids.

I woke up this morning with a full blown head cold, blahhh... I'm so happy that this summer is coming to a close. I'll be closing up the summer cottage and be able to concentrate on one house, my own body and getting myself in order. My back is still not right, I have another appointment tomorrow with the specialist and will probably getting another epidural. I'm really not looking forward to the shop but am hoping to get back to the gym. My food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi go lean
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chicken breast w/grilled veggies
Snack - fage

I am so glad I found this group. I am getting back on track with the help of all of you. I started last week and did great. I followed the 5 day pouch diet. I could not believe how easy and how full I felt, however this weekend I slipped a couple of times. I need to plan better. This is a new week and the plan is in place.
For today
1) take my medication I have to before meals with herbal tea (2 cups down)
B Choco-Mocha Smoothie
S Mocha Peanut Butter Bites
L Tuna Patty
S Frozen Protien Pudding
D Zucchini bake
Goal 1 is to not drink with meals
Goal 2 is to drink all my water
Goal 3 Exercise

8pm: kashi cereal with almonds

Good morning!
I joined this board a couple of years ago because I seriously needed it then. Well, since then, I have gained another 20 pounds by simply making poor choices and not getting any fitness into my daily routine. So today is the first day I will again focus on the important things. Today I will eat high protein/low carb. I will not drink with my meals, I will get at least 8 glasses of water in and I will eat mindfully.
3 meals, 1 snacks.
B: 4 ounces grilled pork chop and 1 string cheese
s: 8 ounce low carb yogurt
L: 4 ounces grilled pork chop and 1 string cheese
D: Deli chicken roll up with whatever goodies I can find.
I will get this all put into the tracker so that I have the stats but for now, I just needed to do something beside lying to myself about my bad habits that I've allowed back in to my life. NO MORE!
I will also get at least 30 minutes of cardio today.
