Sunday Cafe and Cardio
Good Morning BOTT Family,
Today is Sunday and the beginning of my week. I don't know what the day holds, but I'm giving it my best shot and starting out fresh. Yesterday was a beautiful day weather wise and my day didn't go quite as planned; my "Pooh Pouch" had it's own agenda. I would think because it will be four years in January she would have made the adjustment, but then sometimes that can be a good thing.
So today I will begin again...starting out fresh and not giving up. Taking one day at a time!

Cardio:
Treadmill 2-3 miles
Food:
EM - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake 5:45am
Decaf Hazelnut Coffee 6:30am
B - Spinach Pepper Jack Cheese Omelet
S - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
L - Tuna on lettuce w/ LF Italian dressing
S - Apple slices w/ Pepper Jack Cheese Sticks
D - Broiled Lump Crab cake w/ steamed broccoli
S - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
Calories 773 Fat 32g Carbs 28g Protein 92

today im starting on this board and it seems very supportive!
im new here and ready to get the rest of my weight off. my goals for today are to just do protein shakes and lots of water! so far ive had one shake and i have my 34oz cup filled with ice water.
i also am heading to the gym for the 1st time in about 5 months. my goal is to get on the eliptical and treadmill for 30 minutes each then some weight training.
i will post later about how my day went
