im getting back on track today!!

i have gained 15lbs since vsg 7/2007 and never got to goal!
i eat terrible and drink regular pop. im hitting the water hard and protien first! i am going to get at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday.

today i weigh 184 and i want to lose 40lbs. i know i can do this and with OH BOTT it should be a breeze:)

Welcome Autum,

We're glad to have you join the group there is a lot of support here.  There are so many of us here who share the same storyand goals of getting "Back on Track" and achieving our goals togather. Things have been a little slow over the summer with our members posting but should start to pick up real soon.

We invite you to post daily on our Cafe and Cardio thread and you may also pick up a few menu ideas along the way.  We welcome any recipe ideas and hope you become an active member to the boards.
