Thursday Cardio & Cafe...

Good Morning All,

I hope to have a better day than yesterday, the new job has really got me "stressing."  I hope to be able to focus more on what I'm doing and how I'm doing it.  Going in early to catch on work I didn't finish yesterday.  Hope to make it to the gym tonight.

My plan for today:

Cardio:  Treadmill

Food:

EM -  EAS Chocolate Protein Shake / Decaf Coffee

B -     Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach PepperJack Cheese Omelet
          (today is Omelet Thursday at work, but I like mine better)

S -     Apple slices w/ string cheese

L -      Mediterrain Salad w/ LF dressing

S -     EAS Chocolate Protein Shake

D -     Grilled Tilapia w/ tossed salad - LF dressing

My gosh, I had a horrible day yesterday too! Snack, snack, snack...and never DID get my pumpkin spice latte! So today:

9am: click
11am: greek yogurt and fruit
1pm: pumpkin spice latte
3pm: muscle milk
5pm: something made with chicken; probably homemade chicken soup, since oldest DD has cold
8pm: kashi go lean cereal with almonds.

I am gonna stick to this today if it KILLS me!!
