Down 20 pounds!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that "the rules of the pouch" really do work!! I have been RELIGIOUS about them for the past 6 weeks and I am down twenty pounds (from the eighty I gained back )  .

I sure wish I could get my "honeymoon" back. Weren't those the days (sigh)

Congrats!! That is what I need to do, get RELIGIOUS about the rules. Keep up the good work!! You have lost more than me in six weeks than I have in almost six months. I am just curious, are you also exercising? This is very encouraging though, thanks for sharing. Awesome!

I have been taking my son for walks in the evening, but nothing overly exerting and not very far. Right now, I'm just trying to move more. I know if I start an "organized" exercise program, I will just quit in a couple of days. This way, I'm kinda "tricking" myself into doing it

i could sit here and cry ..in fact i am nearly there... it's good to hear that it can be done..i have not gained back any weight but neither have i met my 180 goal...i do well all day and then get home and DO NOT control my snacking and grazing...over eating...or eating what i am not suppose to... i cant for the life of me remember what clicked in my head to make me say i will not eat anything that is not good for me.... i just feel lost...i dont even know if i should be posting here,...
