Hey. I'm on day 5 of a pouch test and I'm pretty sure it works, but I don't keep the restricted feeling very long. Wish I did....
I haven't really seen any loss, which is a bit discouraging considering my calories are down under 1200. Ah well. I guess my body has its own agenda.

I'm already half way thru my day: here's the plan.....
9am: 1 egg/2 egg white frittata with tomatoes, roasted peppers, roasted potatoes, basil and a sprinkling (light) of Mexican cheese blend
12noon: turkey sandwich on arnold sandwich thin with roasted peppers, avocado, and laughing cow cheese; mango and blueberries
3pm: pumpkin spice latte (light on the syrup, since I know it's full of sugar!)
5pm: Kids and hubby are having pizza; I may have a slice OR I may have a greek yogurt with fruit
8pm: kashi go lean and almonds
I don't usually drink "regular" drinks at starbucks; but pumpkin is my FAVORITE, so I usually have two or three a season. The rest of the time it's sugar free hazelnut; and it's always SKIM.
