It's Tuesday Cafe and Cardio...

Good Morning BOTT,

Well we made it through Monday...thank goodness!  The weather promises too be with HOT & LOW HUMIDITY today!  Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated when working out. 

My plan for today:

Cardio:  Light treadmill work - Core exercise

Food:

EM - EAS Chocolate Protein

B -    3 strips Turkey Bacon w/1 sl wheat toast

S -    EAS Chocolate Protein

L -    Mediterranean Chop Salad -(lettuce, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese,
         manderin orange, dried cranberries)  LF dressing

S -    EAS Chocolate Protein

D -    Lean Cuisine Steam Fresh  Shrimp Scampi - 1 bag

Calories - 988  Fat - 36g  Carbs - 75g  Protein - 89g

Hi!
I've been busy trying to get everything together for the upcoming long weekend, and realized that I didn't post yet.  My food so far:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi go lean
Snack - almonds
Lunch - 0% beef hot dog on low carb bun
Dinner - baked chicken w/brown rice
Snack - Breyers low carb ice cream
Keep on BOTTing!

Well, it's almost the end of the day and here I am! Went on a long hike into the beautiful mountains that surround my town; eating today has included or will include the following: 

9am: muscle milk
12 pm: kashi go lean cereal with almonds
2pm: protein bar
4pm: fruit salad (a lot of fruit salad...like three servings worth!! It was mostly melon so it was almost like drinking water)
6pm: hamburgers, roasted potatoes, grilled squash and eggplant; maybe a arnold sandwich thin as bun
8pm: ????
