Happy Monday - Cafe and Cardio

Good Morning BOTT Family,

The weekend is gone and it's time to get back to the grind of the work week and for those that have already started....SCHOOL!

Didn't make it to the gym has planned was in my car and on the way, but I had to turn around and come back home.  It seems my stomach had other plans for me yesterday.  Don't know what it was but I spent the better part of my day close to the bathroom.  Hopefully it has worked it's way through and out of my system.

My plans for today:

Cardio: Hit the gym & treadmill later this afternoon
              Strenght training

Food Plan Today:

EM -  EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
B -     (1) Sl Turkey Bacon Spinach-PepperJack Cheese Omelet
S -     EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
L -     Mediterrain Chop Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, walnuts
          dried cranberries & LF dressing)
S -     EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
D -     Grilled Tilapia w/sauteed Spinach in Olive oil
S -     EAS Chocolate Protein Shake

Calories 1097    Fat  44g    Carbs 49g    Protein 98g

Hi Botters!
We had another beautiful weekend.  The summer is going by too fast.  Dreamgirl, hope you're feeling better! 
My food plan for today:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi go lean
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - cheese quesadilla (sp)
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - beef w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Took the late spring/summer off from exercise; first, recovering from plastic surgery then later lots and lots of traveling. Tried reinstating my program a few weeks ago but swelled like crazy (known to happen often post-PS) so stopped again. WELL...today I'm at it again! After my shake I'm off to the gym!

I find I feel better in the morning if I don't eat, so I'm gonna be trying a shake a day at that time to see how that works. I know I have to get something in me before I hit the gym!

Today is my youngest DD birthday...I am officially the Mom of two teen girls! Lord, help me!

Eating plan:

9 a.m. : muscle milk
11-12: oikinos yogurt with blueberries
2-3: Kashi GoLean cereal with almonds
6: sirloin steak with 1/2 potato, asparagus, tomatoes and maybe some melon; a bite of my kid's BD
    cake
8: ???
