Good Morning BOTT Family,

Don't know where the BOTT Family is, but I noticed that blogging on this site has fallen off.  I need to be here, to be accountable so I started this thread this morning.

It's a little chilly this morning but it feels great.  I'm up woke up this morning (don't know why) at about 4am and wanted to hit the gym early, but then I remembered they don't open until 7am on the weekends.  

So I'm on my way; don't know what the rest of the day holds for me but I ready and motivated to get back on track and stay the course to success.

Calories  860  Carbs 40.1g  Protein 116g

Meds & Vitamins - done
Water & Crystal Light in the plan

Good morning!
I'm looking forward to another good day. Back is beginning to feel better, it won't be long before I'm back in the gym. My food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - taco salad
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - chicken w/grilled veggies
Snack - key lime mousse

pre run-slice raison toast w almond butter
7.5 mile run in 1:31
Breakfast-egg wrf cheese bacon on lc bread
Snack-cheese and rf wheat thins
lunch-lc tortilla w chicken, lettuce, rf ceasar dressing and a sprinkle of parmeson and cantelope
Dinner-hamburger patty bagel thin and steamed brocoli
Snack-HC fudge bar? Not sure
on track with water and vitamins so far!

Mary you menu looks goos to me and your run time even better.  I did the 2 miles in 35 minutes this morning.  I surprised even myself because I haven't been there in almost two weeks.
