Back On Track Together
Friday Cafe/Cardio...
It has been a long hot summer and I'm sure so many of us have overindulged in the pleasures of the picnics, vacation and just plain enjoying the family. I need to get back to me, and I know I need to get back on track.
I have just stopped doing everything that is beneficial to be. I haven't written in my journal, I haven't exercised, and I most certainly haven't been eating right. I didn't have this surgery to go in the opposite direction. I am here because I need to be here BOTT. I need your encouragement, wisdom, and experiences to help keep me going.
Today is a new day and a fresh start...One day at a time.
Cardio: Treadmill & strength training
Food Plan:
EM - Chocolate Protein Shake / Decaf Coffee
B - Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach Quiche
S - Dannon Blueberry Light & Fit Yogurt
L - Tuna w/ small garden salad LF Italian dressing
S - Chocolate Protein Shake
D - Gordon's Grilled Tilapia w/ tossed salad

Happy to see that you started to post this morning. I'm here for ya girl! Have you been using your bodybugg? If not, get it out and dust it off! I can't wait to upload at the end of the day to see my accomplishments. I'm still on the recoup, but looking forward to being able to hit the gym. My food plan for today:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - hot dog on low carb bun
Snack - veggies w/cream cheese dip
Dinner - pork chop w/grilled veggies
Snack - key lime mousse
