I've been so looking forward to today,  I finally have an appointment for physical therapy!  Hopefully, I can get started right away.  My food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi go lean
Snack - strawberries
Lunch - ham and cheese on low carb bread
Snack - veggies w/cream cheese
Dinner - meatloaf w/veggies
Snack - low carb key lime mousse

0800 EAS RTD Protein Drink

1000-Erins lowfat popcorn

1230-slice thin crust pizza

1900-scrambled eggs, bacon, sandwich thin with lite butter and sf jelly

2100 sf ff vanilla and diet rootbeer

missed my eveing run DD was not feeling well  so stayed home with her
